What is the point of these little/tiny coffee cups?!

Question: I am drinking my coffee out of this microscopic little coffee cup that is part of the set of dishes I have, only because all my Semi-Huge coffee cups are in the wash.
I mean this thing is a 3 to 4 sipper and its gone, time to refill it jobber!
A true coffee cup should be the size of a 5 gallon paint container, and well insultated!
Am I right?
No these Oompah-loompah doopiddy-doo, thingies, that make me waste my time and brake my train of thought every 20 seconds to go refill, arrrgh!
So how big is your cup?
Thanks!

Those teeny tiny cups are used for espresso or Turkish coffee, both of which are quite strong and meant to be sipped. My cup, on the other hand, is a huge rainbow jobbie that drains the pot in 3 cups :-)
Coffee doesn't really taste very good. I sure wouldn't drink a really big mug of coffee.
Mine is about 1/2pint.

They are European and middle East , as they drink very strong coffees, and a taste is enough.
The little/tiny ones are either for those in Alice in Wonderland, OR for Espresso--you know, the very strong coffee that you pour some Anisette in (usually drank after a meal in an Italian restaurant, with dessert).

Mine? It's a two-liter, I think--got it at a Dunkin Donuts/radio station promotion.
Hi dearest, I think they are not for your local brew, but the really stong black ones.
