get someone else to do it for you
Tap the egg gently till the shell breaks, then peel it under a tap of cold running water.
Two actions have to be taken : First the hard boiled egg must cool as fast as possible , and for that you put it under streaming water till no more heat comes out of the egg. Second you must crackle the shell so that air can come between the food and the skin. The fresher the egg, the more attention must be paid in cracking the shell.
tap the egg with a knife or spoon.. it'll start crackin.. then take d peal out.. its really easy
My grandmother taught me a neat trick - once you cool the egg, roll it gently on the counter (or between your hands) until the shell is all cracked. Once you start, the whole shell comes off really quickly with little mess.
boil the eggs in salt water and then under cold running water crack the egg and begin peeling at the fattest end. That's where the air pocket is. The salted water is the key though.
boil the egg in salt water. (need not add in too much salt)
after cool, roll the egg to crack the shell thoroughly.
small pieces is easier to peel
I run cold water over them as soon as I remove them from the burner. That makes them easier to peel. Run the cold water until the eggs are cool.
Once in a while i hit both ends of the egg and then roll it on a counter or plate and then break the shell off with some cold water.
