although i love soups, stews and chili in the winter, nothing beats a nice pot roast that has been in the crock pot all day. i love smelling it cooking and anticipating the moment when we finally get to sit down and eat.
I eat mainly stews with garlic, potatos, onions, carrots, beef and other things, with maybe bread or crackers, and plain tea or hot cocoa.
A bowl of Hot Chili with Cheddar cheese on top or Beef Stew with Dumplings!

Wonderful on a cold winters night....
Vegetable Soup
