When You're Stressed do You Lose Weight or Gain Weight???!


Question: When I'm stressed out I lose weight. Even when I know that I should eat because I haven't been eating my throat closes up and its hard for me to put any food in my mouth without choking. So do you lose weight or gain weight when you're stressed? I'd really appreciate it if you were to explain why you chose your option and you can't pick another option than the ones that I gave you in the headline. Thank you.

Depends on the situation. New date: Lose, I don't feel hungry, usually I think that if i were to eat I would get sick. School: Gain I can't handle the stress so I think that some chocolate will solve my problems- hah, it just causes more.
I lose weight in any situation. If I'm nervous or worried about something I don't feel eating.
I lose when stressed...I too suffer from the closed throat and no appetite when I'm stressed.
I lose weight big time. I don't eat good when stressed.:)
