Which is better - Sam's Club or Costco and why?!

Question: Costco, because it has high end, quailty things at great prices. I also love Costco, because I'm not giving the Walton's(Walmart/Sam's Club) more money.

I don't know about Costco, but I love that around every corner at Sam's , there is a food sample. LOL!
I don't know much about Costco, but I would go with Sam's. They have been around longer and have more stores, I think.
costco without a doubt. better quality, better selection and they don't discriminate the way sams club/walmart does against women.
I think both are almost same, just choose whichever is near to you.
I belong to both and have for many years. I find
Costco items to be of a little higher quality. Personally I alternate between them both. I know I save more than my yearly fee and they do carry different products.
I've had both club cards and I much prefer Sams. The isles are marked so you know where your product is. Cosco has no signs so you have to go up and down all the isles to find something. Check out at Cosco is horrible. The last time I went the line from one register was all the way to the back of the store. Only 2 lanes open. It's Sam's for me all the way.
Sam's Club
It's a Wal*Mart Division.
Costco.
According to Consumer Reports, Costco is better.

My opinion?
Depends what your needs are.

I often found there was way too much temptation at the wholesale clubs and could never stick to my list.

I do better with coupons and rebates at supermarkets. Another plus is that I can purchase as much or as little as I want.
Costco has frozen yogurt :)
I like BJ's Wholesale Club. (It stands for Beckley and Jensen.) There's no Costco within 40 miles from me. Sam's Club p*ssed me off - they don't take coupons, they don't take Mastercard, they don't do this, or that... BJs does everything Sam's doesn't.
