Heck , no..
this is suppose to be ur big meal of the day..

and u have a variety included..
go for it.. and ENJOY....
its okay.

Maybe one egg tho
No, that's a pretty good breakfast.. but you might want to cut 2 eggs to one.
However, I think it's a good choice because you get some dairy, grain, fruit, and protein in your system... and your biggest meal of the day is supposed to be breakfast!
A big breakfast is eating a pig and my normal breakfast is eating two pigs.
It's okay, but as long as it kinda makes you full enough...
You have your 4 food groups...I would ditch the egg yolks (cholesterol) and go with skim milk, but sounds good...night time here and now I am craving Cherrios and banana--thank you--now I know what my bedtime snack will be... ;))
If it keeps you going till mid-morning, then it is the perfect size breakfast!
Breakfast is supposed to be your biggest meal of the morning that way you can eat light the rest of the day and have time for your body to burn it off
No, breakfast should always be your biggest meal.
i think what you should do is cut down two eggs to one.
and add some fruit or juice to your breakfast.
:]
That's a pretty big breakfast actually. Your cereal, fruit, & milk are a good breakfast. Save the egg (1) for a mid morning snack....by hard boiling them and munching later. You could make egg salad and have for lunch with the other egg, two slices whole wheat bread and maybe another piece of fruit.
isz good.. buh m/b juss 1 egg isz bettah?!
maybe just one egg steada two
