If I buy a cake today for tomorrow will it still be fresh tomorrow?!

Yes, just keep it covered so that it does not dry out and will be fine. Lost of people make or buy a cake for the next day and it is often better!
sure buy the cake today. as long as its in the frige until plating it, it should be fine.

Unless there's uncooked cream cheese in the frosting, or other uncooked perishable, I wouldn't store it in the fridge. If you do refrigerate the cake, take it out a few hours before you serve it so it can come to room temperature. Cold cake just doesn't taste right.
It depends who much sugar is put in the cake. It's because the more sugar in the cake the more days it last...
