What food makes you happy or sad?!


Question: For some reason when eating burritos I get depressed. I made simple ones from cooked hamburger mixed with refried beans and shredded mild cheddar wrapped in tortilla and microwaved. This is the second time I made them this way and have noticed that it has left me in a depressed state and have this feeling that something is missing... (hard to explain it)

mac and cheese makes me happy, since I was little,
I think salad makes me sad-not much of A taste.
happy: boiled octupus covered in a thick gravy made from cow intestines

sad: chocolate
happy: durians
sad: string beans
chocolate makes me full of anxiety and, i usually cry,,king krab legs,oysters make me on top of the world!
Happy: Chocolate is proven to help with depression. Also any comfort food pot pie, casserole, soup, etc.

Sad: Anything that's an animal also brussel sprouts. Anything sour or tart . Sweet = happiness.
Any messy food that I get to play with and then eat makes me happy -especially seafood
Taking apart a dozen blue crabs or shucking and then immediately eating couple of dozen just -out -of -the -mud- little neck clams makes me happy
Paella makes happy as does Lobster Fra Diavolo.
When I have to eat crappy and mediocre food simply because I need the calories , that makes me sad .
Pizza happy.
Soup sad.
happy- lobster and shellfish, and very well done falafal chickpea mix in a warm greek flat bread, w/ tahinni, hummus, cucumbers, butter lettuce, and tomatoes.
sad - Taco Bell, every time.
hmmm... after writing that, maybe there is something to your theory.
When I make a meal that took a really long time, that I am really excited for and winds up not tasting good at all....that is when I am sad! I hate wasting food too or starting over because I am usually too hungry to start again: so I just eat it and I am not satisfied....
I am really happy when I eat really fatty fish like trout & king salmon & sablefish! YUMMY!
Ostrich & Bison also make me really happy too!
Chocolate....you keep forgetting to add some chocolate! lol
