Chocolate comes from the cacao tree, coffee comes from a bean, nicotine comes from the tobacco leaf, RC Cola is sweetened with cane sugar and beef is raised on corn and hay. They're all members of the brown food group.
i always have 5 tins of lager a day and i was for a medical the doctor said i was healthy.Fantastic!

I've had three today.
Im not a big fruit fan....so rarely have fruit, except for the odd apple or grape once or twice a month.

but I do eat a lot of veggies, unfortunatly generally the same ones over and over again.
I seem to live on tomatoes,onion,mushrooms,peppers and garlic,
with mixed veg or beans on certain days....
I have at least 5 a day. Most regular: potatoes, green beans, squashes, brocolli, tomatoes, apples, grapes, mangos, salads. But I'll eat just about any except bananas.
its hard to get them all in... smoothies are gr8 if your not really a veggy person .
I can manage three or four. I find fitting five in a bit of a struggle though.

Most days sometimes just cant be bothered and eat junk
I try but it isn't easy, I do have some dried fruit, (which is one), I don't eat a lot, so it is hard... an orange juice is another, but I have difficulty eating fruit, I have to be in the mood for fruit..
I try but don`t always manage. have bananas, peaches, strawberries, plums. Peas, carrots, broccoli, brussells, runner beans.....
I have avocado, tomatoes, bananas, grapes and rockmelon every day.
just ate a plum, but not a fan of lots of fruit, but love veg.
dates -oranges -lemons -brocali-spuds
yes i usually have 5 or more most days but probably have less at the wkend. I usually eat apples and bananas, salad with my lunch or dinner and other veg with my dinner like peppers/mushrooms/tomatoes etc. Its quite easy to cram lots of veg into a meal because things like chopped tomatoes and baked beans count...it all adds up!

Yes, the secret is to have 1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch and another 2 at dinner, that's how I do it.
No, today I've had about 10 pieces of sweet corn in my sandwich and I'll probably have beans and potatoes later.

It's easy on a Sunday because my mum makes roast so that's potatoes, peas, cauliflour, swede, carrot, cabbage and sometimes leek all in one meal.
