Anything that has to do with non meat animal parts.. like intestines, brain, tongue, eyes like you mentioned. I know these are delicacies in some parts of the world, but it absolutely disgusts me to think about these parts as food.
Lima beans and egg yolks are a no way for me.
If you go to Cyprus, avoid a delicacy that is described on the menu as "small bird". I visited Cyprus on business about 10 years ago, and my colleague I was visiting recommended it (it WAS one of the more expensive items on the menu). It is served like a chicken, but it's smaller than a sparrow. I carefully picked it up and try to gnaw around an almost nonexistant drumstick. My colleague picks his up and bites off half the entire thing, bones and all. I followed suit, and it was horrible. However, since I ordered it and didn't want to offend, I felt compelled to eat it. Never again.

As it turns out, I later learned that this delicacy is a migrating warbler that they catch by putting glue or something on a perch so that the hapless bird can't fly away.
