Why is sea salt healthier for you than table salt?!


Question: The Mayo Clinic has this to say in answer to a question "Is sea salt better for you than table salt?"...

I think it's because they don't add anything to it.
Not sure it actually is! just check out the article on salt on www.cookshow.com, the new cooking Youtuve, it's appalling!

Sea salt contains less sodium than table salt, so if your doctor says you need to reduce your sodium intake, use sea salt. It reduces your sodium intake by about 50% while still giving you the same taste as table salt.
its not. why would it be. ask whoever told you that to furnish real proof not anecdotal stories.
