How do you keep yogurt/pudding cups from spewing when you open them?!

lick your foot && then stick it in the cup !! ahahahahahahahahahahahaha !!!!
Open carefully!
Poke a small hole in the cover then hold it so that it opens away from you. Poking a hole in the cover releases some of the pressure that makes it splatter.
