Creole/ New ORleans style food for class project?!


Question: I have to do a report on the French Guiana in my French class.
I couldn't find anythinjg about the cuisine except that it is creole stlye. It was due today and I finished everything except the cuisine part. I'm sick so I got off lucky :D
