Why does my coffee look like this?!

Question: My coffee always has some kind of "oil slick" on top of it when in my cup. What is this and how can it be prevented. It looks gross but does taste well. Any ideas about this phonominal thought?

Coffee contains many fatty acids and oils. They contribute to the flavor and buzz of the drink. You shouldn't worry about it. Just make sure your coffee cup and equipment are clean
If you really don't want them in there, paper filters will catch some of it.

It sounds like you are drinking some excellent coffee. The slick is natural oil from the coffee bean. I get it from coffee I grind myself and usually a dark roast or expresso. I have never noticed it in Maxwell House.

Either your cup or coffee pot has grease residue in it ,wash in good hot soapy water,Rinse well.

may be your cup not enough clean,n u shld wash it...may be ur mouth oily or after u eat food u drink it,???

Clean your maker
