Tomatoes and very green vegetables such as broccoli and spinach (yuck). I take iron tablets (these work wonders but make your poo turn black which is quite bizarre). Good luck.

Generally all red meat are, especially liver...
Spinach is very rich in iron..

Liver and spinach....

All green leafy veggies, like spinich, good ole down home greens. Eat them raw if you can. Try some rasberry vinnagrette dressing on them or lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Makes it taste a lot better. Even my five year old loves them that way!

Liver (most people do not like it but it is a great source of iron) seafood, prunes (go lightly on these), raisins, spinach, and broccoli and some beans as well. Make sure your vitamins contains some iron.

I would say the dark green vegetables -- spinach and broccoli come to mind. Also red meat.

some iron may be found when you use your cast iron pots, and when you cook your meal on it, balance your diet, dont eat before bed time, instead take snak, and eat lots of vegetable and salad, include the all the food in the piramit, without exagerating,set a drinking pot a day, at the end of the set your goal, of drinking enought water, if you have anyother problems consult your dr. try relaxation, when you first star relaxing its hard the stress is not going to let you, but once you set you day, it will work fine.
