Im wokring on " the right food choices"?!


Question: for lunch at school i get a package..it includes a ham or turkey sandwhich,a coookie, milk, a lil can of oranges..
when i get home i like to have a snack before the gym...wat would be something good to have?

and for dinner wat should i eat?

Dreid fruit makes a great snack...I like dried mangos and pineapple...but you can get apples, dates, etc....Popcorn makes a good snack,,,...I suggest chopped up veggies with a yoghurt dip,,A bowl of whole wheat cereal with skim milk would also be good...or a piece of whole wheat bread with a smear of peanut butter..

Dinner should be lean meat,,,about four or five ounces....a chicken thigh for example...some nice salad with lots of things in it and maybe some starch,,,say 1/2 cup rice, pasta, or a baked potato..

It would be easier if I knew what your body type is. But in general before a work out you want somthing like an orange and a large glass of milk.

For dinner you need to replenish the calories you burned at the Gym. Make sure that you have high protine clories. Avoid things like Bread, and Pasta. Or if you do go in that direction keep it to a small serving. Avoid things that have a high sugar content. Eat a good serving of Vegtibles and LOTS of water.
