I did when I was on Nutrisystem. Love their plan. I lost 70 lbs. with them! Now that I am off the diet I have been taking a 'slight' break with the roughage. hehe It really is killer on your bowls. Takes a while to get used to it.
normally. i like fruit and veg tho so it snot biggie for me!

4 oz orange juice
1 side salad from Wendys
2 stalk of celery
Nope, sure wish I did. I try to take vitamins to keep up on that part of the daily dietry food suggestions.
I don't eat the five portions of fruits and vegetables but I definitively eat fruits and vegetables everyday at least once of each?
I really try to. I usually get more servings of vegetables than fruits, but I work my hardest to get them in. I often have a V-8 if I'm falling short. One 11.5 ounce can is 2 full servings of vegetables.

I have actually challenged myself to to this task for a couple months now, and I can tell ya it's not that easy if you didn't already do it before, especially on the go.
I drink lots of carrot juice and vegetable juice to get the other 2 in.
I feel great, and am constantly looking for ways to incorporate fruit and vegies w/everything.
yes, i have at least ten different veg with my dinner and about six different fruits usually dried.
normally i do,
i start wit a glass of orange juice in the morning
banana for mid morning snack
salad 4 lunch (usually in a sandwich)
apple after skl
vegetables (broccoli/peas/spinach) for my tea.
it varies from day to day tho!
I do! some days even more! I love them and they keep you healthy and young, so what a great thing!!

no cos it doesnt make a difference wat you eat. well to me any way.
I almost never do. I have been trying really hard to eat more fruits and veggies but, I have a hard time eating that many. I do at least eat some fruit and veggies each day, just not enough as I should.
only when I was a kid and we had our own garden. In the summer I just "browsed" for food in the garden when I was hungry instead of having regular meals. Now it is too expensive for me to eat that many a day. Ramen noodles are more like what I eat now.

don't know what i'll have tonight... i reckon it'll be artichokes, corn.... something OR other.
