Wednesday- What did you have for dinner?!
Answers: I boiled some ziti and had it with my best over the counter sauce, Ragu!! Had some pepsi but pepsi was from large bottle, you know the 2 liter and didn't taste 'fresh'. (even though not that old, it was missing something.) Anyway. it was good. Was getting sick of hot dogs and chocolate cake.
frozen pizza
Chicken baked in a tomato sauce, baked potato, salad.
Sounds good. Wish I had some pasta. I had a salad with chicken and some different kinds of herbs mixed in. It was good for dieting purposes. Heck, I have lost nine pounds in two weeks, so that is not too bad. Still wish I had some pasta though.

Not dinner time here yet, but I will have organic chicken ( cooked in coconut oil with some herbs) with organic corn and potatoes.
Barbecue tofu sandwich and a baked potato, both of which my boyfriend cooked. :-D I'm feeling bloated on carbs now, though, but I'm probably going to bed soon anyway. Super healthy, right?
I made Hoppin' John and served it over basmati rice, and had a green salad with balsamic dressing with feta.
