What is your favorite top fermented ale?!


Question: ...and what can you taste initially? what lingers on your pallete? is there anything blooming?
i just tasted one with a hint of chocolate, but it was a bit on the toasted side.
i do prefer a white creamy belgian style.

Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier. German gear, available at Asda the UK version of Walmart at a very reasonable price.
Citrus notes initially, its quite sharp, with lingering fruity banana overtones.
Goes well with a nice bratwurst. And the name doubles up as a pretty s*** hot tongue-twister.
