Wich foods are high in energy and are they all good for you?!


Question: Generally Hidro-Carbon materials.and don't eat them too much cause if you don't use all the energy they give you it gonna store in you as fat and may cause you diabetes.so if you don't want to be fat and sick don't use it alot.just use them regular and you'll be fine with every thing!Good Luck!

nuts- almonds, walnuts, peanuts (all good, don't eat too many)

fruits

yams, whole wheat bread, whole pasta, whole wheat rice (again, watch portions)

Energy? I think the measure of energy in food is called calories or kilojules.
Fat and alcohol have the most dense calories per gram of food, so they are not all good for you. Simple carbohydrates like fructose are not very good for you.

Nuts, peanut butter, fish, Orange juice, anything with protein or vitamin B

nuts and meat...peanut butter protein! eggs cheese
