waitrose or whittards...or you can make your own...most have manuals...use easy melting chocolate e.g. cadburys and add oil to make it smoother

Make it yourself with chocolate chips on a double boiler, add a little oil so it runs through your machine well.
You can find them at WalMart
Any chocolate will do. Put some flavoured oil in to make it flow easier. Almond oil is nice.
