I'm kind of hungry. What is a good light snack to have before bed?!

Question: I had dinner about 5 hours ago. But now I'm hungry again. What is a good light snack that won't make my stomach hurt or something before bed? Thanks! :) ?

Don't eat a banana... they are harder to digest than other foods and so you could end up with a nightmare (in response to the answer above) ...
COokies and milk or crackers and milk are the best for the stomach. Non-caffeinated tea is good. Apples and peanut butter are good. Popcorn... Cereal without too much sugar. I'm the midnight snack expert!

cheese and crackers yumm

Apple or Banana

Smartfood popcorn! it's light. Or a small glass of chocolate milk

Peanut Butter and Jelly on a piece of toast.

bannana they help your bones or yogurt or puding or 100 calorie pack or inykind of fruit or grapes yeah u probly dont have something on this and now craving it muahahaha :P welcome oh yah and mabey a peice of cheese and crackers?

mt. dew and pizza!! anything with caffiene is good. maybye some cady with a lot of sugar in it too.

:)

you could have some milk and cookies thats what I eat.

a carrot..dont eat more than ONE!..you will have nightmares.

bananna with peanutbutter and warm milk

I say anything that is fruit. Peaches, apple, pear, or any soft fruit. That's light, sweet and its good for you. You can't go wrong with that. I think I'm going to go get an green apple myself. Enjoy!!!

hot cocoa & maybe a few crackers.
if you eat to much, you'll just have digestion problems

i would say yogurt or oatmeal, and some warm milk. that will help you sleep and feel good before bedtime!

I like a bowl of rice Chex cereal with sliced peaches and skim milk. Or you could try some fruited yogurt with a bit (1-2 tablespoons) of granola or other cereal stirred in. I would not recommend any thing very salty or acidic (such as pickles) or carbonated. Foods which are very sugary or fatty would probably keep you from falling asleep easily.

an apple with peanut butter

A bowl of cereal.

If you have it, some turkey breast wrapped in lettuce leaves or some vanilla ice cream with crumbled, buttery ritz crackers in them, kind of tastes like buttery brittle.

cookies and milk or cheese and crackers like tat other gyy said. banana, apple, cheese stick, yogurt, granola bars, toast, or fig newtins
