I live in Northern Ireland we normally eat Ulster fries but I have no time to make myself something like that!!! I usually eat muesli or something! A lot healthier for ya!

ive recently done a reserch project about south america and they eat a lot of tortillas for breakfast.

Well, i'm chinese and I eat a whole range of breakfast choices, from cereals and bread to fried noodle and porridge but never rice in the morning!

Well i live in Greece and i eat for breakfast my feet because there is nothing in the fridge!!!But sometimes i eat bread with butter and honey,cereals and fruits!

Milo/Coffee & Bread with butter/jam/kaya.

I start with a fresh lemon juice with a little hot water and no sugar, just to wake me up and for the vitamins.
I have black tea (Earl Grey or Yunnan, I like a good tea), toasted bread (good bread, I am French...), with butter (salted or not, depends on my mood) and jam, preferably homemade or good honey. Sometimes, I also have eggs, scrambled or boiled.

Organic instant oatmeal w/o added sugar. I usually add almonds and dried locally-grown goji (wolf) berries. I also drink a glass of orange juice (< 8 oz.) and a cup of black coffee and have some vitamins (calcium, food-based multi, and omega-3 supplement).

I live in the upper midwest of the U.S. but am from the West Coast (of the U.S.).

I live in Spain. I always have a glass of natural fruit juice and a black espresso coffee. Most people have a glass of milk with cola cao ( chocolate mix) and some biscuits.

I live in Southern New Jersey, Normally i eat toast for breakfast with butter and jam. But on sundays i eat a large breakfast with Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, toast, homefries, ham and coffee. Don't ask why only on sundays it's more of a family tradtion.

This morning in Kansas we had coffee, bacon, hash brown potatoes with onions, scrambled eggs and cantaloupe.

Normally during the work week just coffee. If I do take the time to eat, it's oatmeal or cereal. And always a glass of water.

The only time we really cook breakfast is on Sunday morning then it's some type of breakfast meat, eggs, hashbrowns and toast.

Saturday I am off and running cleaning etc......so normally don't eat, but I've been up since 5:00 and I just had a piece of leftover pizza :)

if i'm home, a bowl of cereal with milk, flax seed and cinnamon (for my cholesterol)

I live in Central Ohio but I am originally from W.Va. My normal, every day, breakfast is toast or an english muffin (w/peanut butter and honey) oatmeal or cereal and sometimes a scrambled egg w/bacon. My favorite "Alltime" breakfast consists of fried pork tenderloin , fried apples, sausage gravy, homefries (not frozen from a bag). eggs over easy or basted, hot, homemade buttermilk biscuits and coffee and freshed squeased orange juice. I only make this a couple of times a year, but always on Christmas morning (this was my Dad's favorite also, so I continue the tradition).

i usually just have a banana and a nonfat latte. sometimes i get crazy and have the preportioned apple jacks... ( if i have the whole box, i'm likely to eat it all...hahah)... and i live in downtown columbus, ohio.

During the work week, I usually have some type of fruit (either strawberries or a banana), yogurt, and a Diet Pepsi. I know the soda part is pretty bad, but I can't help it. I hate coffee but I love the caffeine!

On the weekends, I have more time so I make fresh tortillas and chorizo & eggs. YUMMY, but very fattening! I have to work it all off so we usually go for a long walk after weekend breakfasts!

I'm from the US (Arizona).

Sausage gravy and biscuits. It is a Southern thing but served in most Truck Stops due to it's popularity.

During the week I'm on the go, so it's usually Coffee and a Mini bagel with cream cheese.. on the weekend I make waffles or eggs with bacon for my kids... they eat cereal or bagel during the week.. we are from Michigan..
