BGH contents in milk over soy milk whats safe to drink now ?!


Question: I drink organic whole milk. I stopped using regular dairy and lost over 20 pounds (in add to cutting out fast food/sodas. The BGH is basically a steroid and it will make you gain weight, just like the cows.

I personally drink whole milk. And nothing harmful has happened to me.
Purchase organic, BGH free milk. Simple.
