Anyone think that certain DiGiorno pizzas are better than most delivery pizzas?!
But it is VERY IMPORTANT to cook the pizza the right way - place one of the racks in the oven in the lowest or second lowest position, and put the pizza DIRECTLY on the rack - DO NOT use a pizza stone or a cookie sheet or anything, it will make the crust soft and soggy. Another thing I love to do is sprinkle a hearty amount of italian seasoning (or just oregano) on the pizza BEFORE putting it in the oven for some great flavor.
If you still prefer crap like Dominoes, Pizza Hut or Papa Johns, then you just have horrible taste. I would never confuse these DiGiorno pizzas with delivery because they taste much better. I like them even more than some local pizzerias.
Answers: Before you scream "Ewwwww, frozen pizza sux!!!1" I dare you to try either DiGiorno Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza or DiGiorno Ultimate Cheese pizza and tell me that it is not superior to delivery pizzas. Yes, I love DiGiorgo frozen pizzas. My favorite kind is the Harvest Wheat Four Cheese pizza, it is really good and healthier than the other kinds. I agree with you, they are better than delivery pizzas and are far more affordable.
I think that's it's a lot better then the pizza that I have ordered from take out pizza stores, And the price is right....

Do I like them..yes and no...reason?...they never what I want and it makes me mad...they have everything else possible...I want plain cheese...just one kind of cheese too. I don't want 4 cheeses or something like that...just plain white...and I dont' want cheese in the crust. I want just a plain ole pizza and that's all because I like to add my own toppings...such as broccoli and tofu among other things...that doesn't come on any frozen pizzas I know. If they made plain cheese it would I would consider eating more of them. They are good...especially right on the rack like you said. You get just the right crispiness that way.
If I order out...I get Papa Johns only...they are the best. Yes, better than any frozen pizza that I make. That's my opinon and obviously we don't share it. I order out vary rarely...like once every six months though. I'm not a fast food person at all. I prefer to eat healhier.
I've tried several varieties of DiGiorno pizzas and I don't like any of them. I prefer Pizza Hut or Dominos anyday.
