What is the best breakfast to eat on a test day?!
Answers: well, id recommend a cup of coffee to keep you alert, some fresh fruit for the glucose (because your brain runs on sugar), a starch of some sort (toast, pancakes) for the carbs so you dont tire out, and of course a protein (bacon, sausage) because thats the best part of breakfast =P.
Two double bloodies, black coffee, piece of toast.
yogurt.
I would say high protein , and low fat - like eggs with tomato juice and a high fiber cereal and of course a glass of milk or yogourt.
A big full irish breakfast. 2 fried eggs, 2 bacon pieces, 2 sausages, a fried tomato, baked beans, toast and a cup of tea/coffee/orange juice. Then have cereal. If you cant be bothered doing all that just make porridge or have pop tarts!
i got a perfect score on my physics finals one time...I only ate a bacon sandwich and drank a bunch o' coffee
yogurt and muesli
Oatmeal and black coffee.
i would say oatmeal, a piece of toast and an egg.
its not what you eat, its how much you eat.... the more intake of food may disturb your concentration, but exact intake will not disturb you and the nutrition you get can improve your performance...
what ever you want
i'd say some oj and graham crackers with peanut butter
protien fruit juice fortified and grains
b vit for learning and protien to help along with the thought process
I always eat eggs for brain power. I did this every morning of my bar exam and passed the first time - thank goodness!! You can also include toast, juice and/or cereal to help hold you over. Because the bar exam is so long, I also brought a protein bar w/me to eat right before the test to hold me over until lunch. That worked pretty well.
Eat your favorite food. It could be anything, omelettes, toast, blahblahblah as long as it's your favorite! It'll make you happy and it'll boost up your spirit LOL
depends on the test which you are about to take. ideally having so much to eat before a test will make your brain respond slower. eating too little will lessen your brain power. cereals and a bit of protein source is a good combination, some say eating nuts will activate your sleeping brain cells a bit before taking an exam.
Just some whole wheat toast, oatmeal so it takes a while to digest, some orange juice and if you want milk for energy and scrambled eggs for more energy and proteins and some fresh fruit as well.
