Food labelling: do those 'red, amber, green' nutritional info wheels make you feel guilty?!

Question: I just bought a carrot cake from the supermarket and there is not a single green segment on the food label! I had about a second of guilt before eating a slice of my yummy cake!

do they make you feel guilty/ virtuous depending on what you have purchased?

why would a lable make me feel guilty. The choice of food i make makes me feel guillty.
NEVER feel guilty about eating carrot cake its YUM.I repeat YUMMMY EAT MORE CARROT CAKE.

personally, i dont care, if i want something i get it, otherwise i get a bad craving for it and end up eating way too much. its just another way for the government to control you.... lol. hey if u want it, get it!!!

You don't have to eat the label, girl, you'd better eat that carrot cake before I snatch it!! Anyway, reading all that information takes all the fun out of it! Everything that's good for u don't always taste good, everything that tastes good is not always good for u, but, as long as it's not poison, or tainted, who cares about the calorie count, or the nutritional value, right?? And, if it was tainted or poison, you would never find out from the label, that's 4 sure!!! ENJOY YOUR CARROT CAKE, GIRL!!!lol, I'm going to rearrange my 1800 calorie ADA diet for today and get me one, too!!
