What is your favorite childhood food that your mother made you?!
Answers: Don't laugh, but it's salmon loaf. Mom was a good 1950's - 1960's cook. Whenever my birthday rolled around she'd ask me what I wanted for birthday dinner. I always said salmon loaf. The sad part is she passed away before I got her recipe, and nothing I've tried has even come close.
