the only thing that would follow that lunch good would be a BLT, minus the LT.

Nice thick sliced, double smoked, fried just right...about 12 oz between 2 slices of bread...mmm mmmm mmmmmmmmm! Don't forget to add a side of bacon.

o ok he should have pork that does sound good and mashed potatoes with gravy. and/or a salad yum im hungry!!!

Have breakfast for dinner!! Its a nice change...you can have bacon, canadian bacon or sausage! yummmmmmm......;)

QUICK B - B - Q PORK CHOPS

8 pork chops
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 king size Coke
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients and bake in covered dish at 400 degrees for about 1 hour.
Note: Other meats may be used beside pork chops.

QUICK AND EASY GRILLED PORK CHOPS

4-6 med. cut pork chops
Mammas ole iron skillet
1 tsp. salt sprinkled evenly over chops
1 green pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tsp. pepper

Cook green peppers, onions on top of stove on low heat until tender. Arrange pork chops in iron skillet and cook in oven on 500 degrees (or broil) until brown. Turn chops over and begin browning them on the other side. Once pork chops are almost done, put peppers, and onions on top. Cover with foil and bake on 300 degrees for another 5-10 minutes.
