Which has more fat..cow or buffalo?!

Question: Cows will have more fat simply because they are domesticated and what they cannot find grazing is supplied by the Rancher/Farmer. Then there is the fact that all wild game is very lean due to the activity required to sustain them and that they rarely have access to a "grain" diet.

If you mean beef or buffalo...then its beef.
We don't eat cow....a cow gives us two things: milk and little cows.
The beef we eat is from steers.

Buffalo is lower in fat than beef.It is also more expensive and needs to be marinated because it can be dry.
