Fresh-made vegetable and fruit juices are delicious and good for you. They won't cure diseases or give you magic energy like the commercials say. They do contain a lot of sugar (fruit sugar, not very different from other kinds of sugar) and therefore a lot of calories. It's not a great way to lose weight. But carrot juice with a little orange and ginger is tasty!

The problem I've had with every juicer is the cleanup. So many parts. Pulp everywhere. Ugh. You will find that the 20 minutes to clean up afterwards isn't always worth it. There it is -- a glass of the most perfect apple juice you've ever tasted... and a sink full of sticky juicer pieces to wash.

juice is for wimps. have a beer

see my question i asked earlier, i just use the blender for healthy drinks.

as long as you have a juicer that takes whole fruits and you dont spend all morning chopping fruit ...........they are great.

Making your own juice is much more healthier than anything else you can drink!
You can make it exactly how you want, right amount of sugar and all that. Making juice with a juicer in the morning is always worth your time. You also know what goes into it too!
The frozen concentrate and mixing it with water is just really thin. The water dilutes everything and it tastes awful!
Go with juicing, it's the right way.

I got a juicer thinking it would be great.
It is great on fruits.
It is a lot of work to clean up so I don't use it too much. It takes up a lot of counter space that I don't have and it is heavy to get out of storage.
I have to drive at least 7 miles to get fresh fruit.
The juice is good though.
Would you buy mine from me?

...im lazy, i prefer juicy juice it's 100% juice ^.~
