Use a double boiler

how high are you heating it, heat it on low

try boiling it in a low fire...

ummm..microwave?

Heat the milk slowly and add the honey after it is warm. Put the honey in the cup. As soon as the milk is poured from the pan put some water in it to soak.

you keep stiring it consantly and heat on low

Stir !!

First of all stop using honey and milk to go to sleep at night. I take a few pulls on a bottle of Jack and I am soon fast asleep.

A double boiler or any pot/ container inside of another with water and heat slowly with low heat..
If you use the water to heat the container of milk slowly, it won't scorch or burn.
