I have SO MANY!
Breakfast: I love omelets! The filling varies, but usually its some sort of cheese, sauteed onions and home fries.
Lunch: I love grilled ham and chees with tomato on whole wheat bread OR French bread pizza.
Dinner: could be any of a number of dishes: pasta with some kind of seafood - mussels in red sauce or red clam sauce.
Mild or sweet Italian sausage on an Italian roll.
A "Chateau Burger": A LARGE hamburger for two with assorted veggies and fried onion rings.
When I'm in the mood and I KNOW I have a Saturday afternoon or Sunday afternoon off, I LOVE buying a bushel of crabs and cooking them for friends and family.
With our favorite adult beverages - including beer - deelicious!
Two things I absolutely hate to do:
1] Cook for myself.
2] Eat by myself.

Any type of indian curry! Look it up on the internet! U WON'T be disappointed if u like chillies!
This is a side dish for any meat. 1 lb. frozen breaded mushrooms, 1/4 stick butter (not margarine), Itallian seasoning, diced fresh garlic, or dried garlic flakes, shredded cheddar cheese.
Fry mushrooms in oil, drain on paper towels. Spray a casserole dish with pam. Place mushrooms in dish. Melt 1/4 stick butter with diced garlic and Italian seasoning (1/4 tsp). Simmer about 5 min. for flavors to mingle. Pour this over mushrooms, top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place in microwave till cheese melts. Delicious!! Try it with any meal. Best with grilled chicken that has been marrinated overnight in Itallian dressing and white wine.
