Is there a better energy food in the morning instead of fruit?!
Don't drink raw eggs. My nutritionist told me studies show we can't really process them and we don't get the nutritional value from them that we think we are.
Answers: Protein! The sugar in fruit gives you fast-burn energy. You feel it quickly, but it also leaves you quickly. Protein from sources such as lean meat, egg whites, egg beaters and milk will give you a good slow-burn energy that stays with you. I always need a lot of protein in the morning to get up and go...I shoot for about 25g. That's three egg whites with a piece of fat free cheese melted on top on a piece of good whole grain bread.

you could try raw eggs, but that is better if you are going to work out after you have it.
oatmeal and lots of protein ... eggs bacon sausage ham... they will fill you up and give you strength
cornflakes with milk. Its very sufficient.
Commercially prepared whole wheat breakfast cereals
Porridge - use quick oats
Fresh fruits
Wholemeal or multigrain bread to toast
Muffins or crumpets
Toast toppings, such as baked beans, eggs, cheese or spreads
Yoghurts
Fresh fruit juices
Low fat milk.
oatmeal/porridge.it burns off slowly, keeping you energetic. it also is filling.you can add nice tasty things to it as well, such as chopped/dried fruit, honey, etc.
Whole wheat toast with raw almond butter and sliced bananas is complete energy food for the day ahead. Plus, it's really yummy! I like to add some raw honey to the toast also for a touch of sweetness.
Man, now I'm hungry. lol
why don't you try low gi foods. there better for you cause it releases engery slowly so you don't burn it all at once. i have sustain cereal which has a low gi content. also a glass of milo(low gi content) and cold milk is good too for a good source of enery.
actually carbohydrates are much better for a steady energy release. THey are basically slow sugars that digest over long time and also keep your stomach feeling fuller over a longer period of time. Try eating a cup of oatmeal for breakfast you'll soon get the drift
I leave my blenda ready the nite b4 and put in it bananas or strawberries.....plus milk and malted milk for a boost........way-to-go- TRY IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OATS is good 4 health...
