Eggs on toast or fried egg sandwich?!

Question: One side of an english muffin, toasted, topped with slices of smoked salmon, two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce with grilled tomatoes on the side and a glass of orange juice...

P.s. I also have fried eggs on one slice of buttered toast with a lashing of tomato ketchup...the yolks HAVE to be runny!!!

Sandwich

eggs on toast...

fried egg sandwiches are good.

Are you asking if it's the same thing or which I prefer???
If you are asking if it's the same thing...no... If you are asking which I prefer...Eggs on toast...or in the U.K....Toad in the Hole.
Eggs on/in toast is when you butter both sides of the bread, cut a hole in the bread...drop an egg in the hole and then turn when the egg begins to set... then you have eggs and toast...it is to die for YUMMO!!!
Fried egg sandwich...well....hohum.

I like them both one is poached and one is fried depends on my mood

fried egg sadwiches are the best!!!

Fried egg sandwich cos I don't like poached eggs

I actually had a fried egg sandwich tonight, with cheese.

Fried Egg Sandwhich..... OMG!

When I was a boy I loved cheese topped eggs on toast. Toast bread, slice up a hard boiled egg and cover the toast, top with American or sharp cheddar cheese and pop under a broiler to melt the cheese.

sandwich yummy

Get a piece of bread and cut a hole cut out in center- fry the bread and crack the egg the hole. Cook + flip. Voila!
