You are going to have to make Fondant (or buy the nasty wilton pre-made stuff, not advisable), Buttercream frosting to put underneath the Fondant so it has something to 'stick' to,coloring, flower wire, Fondant cutter (basically cookie cutters) a place to roll your fondant out with and on, a HEAVY cake board to support the cake, probably dowels, a second cake board to put the top cake on.
Depending on what supplies you have, or how often you bake/decorate cakes you will also consider getting
Icer tip
cake leveler
round tip 5 to put a dam on the edge of the cake, so you won't get buldging
turntable (makes things easier)
I could go on and on about basic stuff to have...
Fondant, cookie cutters and floral wire.
White and Neon fondant(or white fondant and neon food coloring) and wire
Fondant icing recipes, cookie cutters, baking pans and probably a cake decorating class. You need to be very careful when working with this because of the texture. This can be a challenge but it's really fun. Good Luck!
