fruits have natural sugars, and these sugars get converted to fat for storage. But at least fruits don't have as many calories as ..burgers. Fruits provide vitamins and minerals that fast food doesn't.

fruit that contains big numbers of calories are, banana, mango, avocado, jackfruit & durian. If scared to gain weight but u wanna eat them, u can eat moderately.
