I'm hungry. What makes a good, late-night snack?!
Answers: And please....none of that healthy food stuff. I'm not a health nut, and I'm in very good shape. So there.
I prefer a Grilled cheese Smothered in White country gravy. or Even smothered with Alfredo sauce . So Sinful!
I just had apples and peanut butter. Yum

If you can run to the store, get some spinach and artichoke dip and eat it with sourdough bread..yum..my fav.
Something with simple sugars and not much protein or fat. Fat and protein are more work for your stomach to digest and it could keep you up later than you want. Fruit or popcorn or toast and jam or something along those lines.

late-night huh? well... they say eating a BANANA before you go to sleep is healty for you (because its fruit) eating them also lets you hav a good night sleep. Plus eating fruit ( in this case a banana) makes you nice and full. If you dont like the sound of a banana, you can always make a smoothie out of one....or even banana on toast!
