Which is healthier: fried chicken or scrambled egg with fresh milk?!

Question: My son doesnt like vegetables. He used to eat only spaghetti until he turned yellow (hypercarotenemia) so now he's into scrambled eggs with fresh milk and quickmelt cheese on top. He likes fried chicken every now and then.

Egg and milk is healthier. Chicken is good for you too but the batter on the fried chicken isn't.

I'd go with the chicken. Isn't their scrambled egg in the batter anyway?

Definitely scrambled eggs with milk, because with fired chicken you really don't know how fresh it is or how good the oil is or the quality of the chicken itself. But I reccomend Annine's Mac and Cheese. It's all organic, very tasty, and it even had a kid's group that you can join. Just have your son try it sometime :).
