What are some good breakfast foods for me? I have some strange specifications.?!
Answers: When I wake up, I'm always cold and hungry. I can't eat strong flavored foods, such as anything cheesy or garlicky, because I feel nauseous eating stuff like that in the morning. I can't eat cold things, because I'll get a stomachache since I'm already freezing when I wake up. I can't eat anything too sugary, because I don't want a sugar rush before going to school, because then I'll crash down in class and won't be able to pay attention. So, I need something filling and healthy that will give me long lasting energy that won't make me want to throw up when I eat it.
You could have waffles, pancakes or French toast, without the syrup. Or bacon and eggs or even steak and eggs. Bagels and English muffins are good with butter, and so is a hot cereal. If you don't like oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat or farina, have a bowl of your favorite cold cereal with a twist. Add the milk to the cereal then put the bowl in the microwave for about 35 to 40 seconds to warm up the milk.
Oatmeal, with a touch of milk and some brown sugar.
And seriously work on calming down. Wake up, stand up and do some stretches to get your blood flowing and warm you up, then drink a glass of water because your body gets dehydrated over night and water works wonder on waking you up.
Toast with jam or peanut butter. A bagel. Cereal. Fruit.
I think you're causing alot of stress for yourself, and some of the things you're saying don't make sense. Why are you waking up cold? If you're cold, put another blanket on your bed. If you're cold because you have just gotten out of a warm bed, get over it. Everybody has to leave the comfort of a warm bed. Eating cold food will not cause stomachache. Where on earth did you get that idea?
Toasted buttered bagel.
