What do you like on/in your tuna fish sandwich?!

Question: I drain the tuna really well, add dried minced onion and granulated garlic and pepper, then use plenty of mayo and stick it in the fridge for an hour. If I have fresh red onion, I use plenty of that instead of the dried minced onion.
