Why do bread makers not make thin sliced bread?!
Answers: All bread makers make medium and thick sliced bread but none make thin sliced loaves. As someone not keen on bread I would like thin sliced.
bloody good question. you used to be able to buy thin sliced bread, now, it thick, ultra thick, toastie, ultra toastie...etc.
nothing is better than thin sliced bread sandwiches with loads of filling. Less carbs, more fillings.
How can we be healthy, with thick and super thick bread in fashion.
Warburtons is quite thinly sliced.
How about Nutty Crust? Its thin. Or if you bought veda you can slice it yourself. Also if you buy a fresh loaf in tesco (or other bakery parts in supermarkets) you can ask them to slice it thinly for you. I used to work here so I know they can do it.
wow!!! do they slice them too?!!? I gotta get me one of those- but like you- i would rather have thin slices to be honest! But i am rubbish at slicing my own- we usually end up with wedges. But why don't you switch to cracker bread instead? It is a lot lighter and yummy!--- i thought you meant bread making machines!! hee hee. Try danish!? Chatwins do it really thin sliced also- or make your own ?
they do-I've seen it. And if you don't like bread, don't eat it!
cos it reduces the shelf life by 50% when you cut the bread to thick slices, if you cut it to thin slices, it probably wouldnt make it past the day, it would go dry and stale really quickly and then its a waste of money and people dont buy it.
