Does anyone remember the name of the layered ice cream dessert you used to be able to buy at grocery stores?!

Question: It was ice cream layered with chocolate and sold in a nice square shape so you could serve it to guests. They used to play the heck out of the commercials for it....

Try Neapolitan.

Caroline is so sharp. That is it!!!!

Ya its good I thought they still sold them
I remember seeing them at Albertsons or Safeway
a while back Breyers made one as did Blue Belle.

Hello:

Caroline is right, that is the name of the dessert that you are looking for. I knew exactly what dessert that you were talking about, but I couldn't remember the name of it. I used to have these for my birthdays or for special occasions and I loved them! ;-)

I used to LOVE Viennetta. That's what happens when you love something -- it goes away.

i was looking for the exact same ice cream name a few weeks ago.....i got the answer then, but unfortunately, it's not sold in the US anymore...

i think you are refering to neopalitan bars? chocolate soft cookie on top and bottom and vanilla choclate and strawberry icecreams in the middle.
