Can re-heat milk in a microwave?!

Question: If I purchase a small carton of milk (those individual serving sizes) and bring it to work, is it ok if I re heat it in the microwave? Or will something happen to the composition of the milk, making it unsafe to drink/consume? 'Cus I am getting a bit sick and tired of all those bad 3-in-1 drink sachets of coffee and milo...

put it in a microwave safe container, but otherwise, why not?? the containers that have the silky coating often melt and are super unsafe to drink. ;-)

You just have to put the milk in a mug or something, don't put it in the microwave in the carton.
But otherwise, there's no problem, I already did it.

As long as you drink it straight away and not leave it for too long it should be OK, just transfer it to a suitable container to go into the microwave.

put a metal spoon inside the milk or add a small cup of water together in the microwave.
