idk, but I think it sucks. especially the canned kind. I like it raw but the canned stuff is like gag-o.

The reason is because spinach has alot of wonderful vitamins and minerals in it plus iron,which is helpful if you suffer from anemia.
Because if you eat a whole can of it at the right moment you can beat the hell out of Bluto like Popeye does. Or pop a can of spinach in the bedroom and Olive Oil has multiples. And that's why it's sooooo good for you.
