had that in the savoy hotel in st.helier, jersey channel islands many years ago. never forgotton it. i was rather wrecked at the end of the night though.
make your own cocktails up, it is expensive but worth it. try pernod and creme de menthe. gorgeous.
I used to think that a mint julep was made with creme de menthe, but it uses real mint, sugar, and bourbon.
I only remember using it on vanilla ice cream to make mint ice cream.
