Kellogg's cereal?!
Answers: I'm doing a research report, and i thought it would be cool if i posted a Q on here for opinions on how Kelloggs cereal is bad for you.i'm gonna say my source is a anonymous person.
Mainly the sugar content. No matter how many vitamins they say it contains on the front of the pack most children's cereals have very little nutritional value and are only really good for starting your metabolism in the morning. Something like Frosties contain five times the amount of sugar as regular 'adult' cereals and can increase a child's chances of developing diabetes, tooth decay and possibly cancer.
I believe the worst part of most cereals is the high sugar content.
If I were a teacher and someone turned in a research project listing an "anonymous" person as a source, I would assume they just made up whatever they put. You need to document all your sources.
i think it would depend on which cereal you were talking about
support your answers with some facts not just by an anonymous source How is it bad for you?
almost any cereal they make for kids these days is bad...they have enough sugar to be 20 candy bars!
but who cares....thats why they are good...yum
I don't think any of Kellogg's products are bad. How can they keep selling it decade after decade?
Why just Kellogg's? There are bad kinds of cereal in all brands and good kinds. Maybe you should just ask which kinds of popular cereals do you think are bad for you and take it from there.
From what i've heard Special K is very good for you but doesn't taste that good.
The main problem with Kellogg's cereals is that they are usually loaded with high sugar and salt content.
It depends which type you're talking about. Some are high sugar, but thay have others that are low sugar with high fibre content.
Just like everything ELSE we eat its loaded with sugar and lots of other ARTIFICIAL garbage.
Here is every Kellogg's cereal and its nutritional values.

Are you going on the presumption that Kellogg's and only Kellogg's is bad for you? Look, as with any food product, if you follow the suggested serving size (which a great many people don't), Kellogg's cereal is no worse for you than General Foods cereals. What people need to do is follow any of the standard diet plans (by organizations like the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association or the American Medical Association) and eat the proper amounts from each food group.
One other thing. Grow a backbone. Any meaningful research project will list all the sources used to gather information. The people reviewing the project may have their own biases in relation to the sources, but at least they can check them out if they choose.
