Banana sandwich (a piece of bread wrapped around a banana).. Easy to prepare. Healthy to eat.

Mouse Traps.
Toast 6 slices of bread
Sprinkle with grated tasty cheese and cut into fingers.
Bake in a slow oven for 30-45 minutes until crunchy.
Store in an airtight container.
Vegemite under the cheese tastes nice and sweet.
Bacon sprinkles could also be added.
Handful of raw almonds and a small fruit. Or a stick of string cheese and a handful of grapes. Something with protein and vitamins.
I just made myself a homemade smoothie. Milk, honey, strawberries, a banana, and ice. Yummy.
