Why do they put a expiration date?!

Question: on sour cream?

Answers: on sour cream?

You think about these questions allot, don't you? ;^)))

bc it can get sour and make you sick

Because it expires, there is a difference between sour and rotten.

Because it gets old and can make you sick if you eat it after the expiration date.

it will make you very sick because all of the stuff rots.

Because its a little warning that is saying that you shoulnt eat it after the date. For example:

If you bought pudding and it said " Expires 10/31/07" then you should drink/eat it after that date. You shouldnt eat it after that date. But even for sour cream. It will get expired and will taste no good after that date.

Many food items still taste good and are safe beyond the posted expiration date, but that date is on there for your safety and so the company doesn't get sued after you die from food poisoning. So just for your own good check the date and don't eat anything that is expired.

becuase it does go bad. and it can make you incredibly sick if you continue eating it.

there is a diff. beetween sour and old, rotten and old!!!!
