Would you think I'm weird for microweving my ice cream before eating it?!

Question: I nuke it for about 10 - 15 secs every time.

Answers: I nuke it for about 10 - 15 secs every time.

ha ha... I find this funny... I thought I was the only one who did this..
and now I see a lot of people do it.. so if u are weird .. then so are we.. ha ha

I love ice cream.. but it gives me the chills... if it is too hard.. so like u.. 10-15 sec.. makes a world of difference..

Not at all, in fact I do the exact same thing as you. It's much quicker than thawing it!

No, I like it soft , too! My Grandma used to yell at me for waiting for it to melt & stirring it up so it would be soft. She always said, "well next time I'll just give you a glass of milk!"

I do the exact thing every time, and now my wife has started.

I do too. It's too hard to scoop otherwise : )

Nope, you are not weird. I do it to.

i do it cause it easier on my sensitive teeth.. it taste so much better that way...

My kids do that all the time. They prefer it that way instead of the frozen solid straight from the freezer. So know,I don't think you are weird.

No!!! That's cool!!

No, it's easier to scoop when it's softer and I personally think it taste better too, since it does freeze your mouth as bad.

nope.....I haven't tought of it, but it's a good idea!

good for you if that's the way you like it hey no brain freeze!!!

I haven't done it but it sounds like a good idea!!
If I had a microwave I would totally try it....however I don't think that putting it in the oven is a good idea...hmmm...
:)

No,I don't think it is weird because I like ice cream soup too! ;-)

I'd think you're impatient like a lot of people are, but just to let you know, that ruins the ice cream!! Save your dessert and take it out 10-15 minutes before you plan to scoop :)
